A new edition of expoVETAS, the international woodworking industry, furniture manufacturers, construction, architecture and decoration supply fair, has come to an end.
Fair organizers usually boast about figures, providing data about the exhibition area covered, the number of visitors to the event and other statistical findings that nobody can prove. We are not going to fall into that indemonstrable practice. We would rather focus on the quality of the exhibition and the level of both its visitors and exhibitors.                                                     
We do know that, according to data provided by the independent registration entity, expoVETAS 2008 edition exceeded the previous ones in terms of quality and quantity of both exhibitors and visitors, and we are convinced that word of mouth by those who attended the event will prove that we have had a unique, first-class show.                                
Never before has any trade fair organizer worldwide managed to bring together the leading firms in the panel industry as it has happened at expoVETAS.                  
The most important companies specialized in the Panel industry in Europe participated both in the show and the Seminar, and the most important manufacturers in the panel sector and associated technology solutions in Latin America were also present.                                                  
The praiseworthy comments we received on a permanent basis during the event enable us to state that everyone fulfilled their expectations.        
A top executive from a major panel manufacturing company in Brazil exaggerated telling us that this fair had been the most important one he had ever attended, taking the results achieved as a parameter. He also claimed that this event had turned out to be far more convenient for him than the most important show taking place in his own country.
expoVETAS was a truly international show – in fact, many participants expressed their surprise over the vast number of foreign visitors to the event and the high level of the attendees, which has always been our main objective.                                              
Let alone the praise received for the professionalism of the International Seminar on Panel Technology. Never in Latin America had such a first rate Conference been organized. It was indeed extremely successful and we are very proud of that.        
We would like to express our gratitude to all those who contributed their work and effort to make of expoVETAS 2008 a truly successful event.                                  
We look forward to seeing you at our next edition, which will include many surprises in its organization and development in view of the celebration of Argentina’s May Revolution Bicentennial that year, which will transform it into the most important event ever held in Latin America.
